SHIPPING

Please get in touch prior to purchasing paintings.
Shipping is determined by artwork size and shipping location.

Shipping for prints is:
UK | £10
International | £25

Please note that international shipments may incur additional import, duty and VAT charges calculated at destination country and are to be paid by the recipient.

Artwork can be shipped worldwide.

Returns

Please contact hello@simoneember.com with proof of purchase if you wish to process a return.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, providing the artwork is returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase.

Artworks not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to my error are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping return costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You will be responsible for the postage cost to return your item and are advised to use a tracked shipping service. I cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to returned artwork whilst in transit and do not guarantee that your returned item will be received.

Display

Every effort is made to display colours as accurately as possible; however, different devices display colour differently and may therefore vary. Payment will confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of this.
